This is gearing up to be a great weekend of beer drinking at Carter's Brewing. Don't forget to make an appearance at our annual Super Bowl Party at the Brewery this Sunday the 7th from 3-9 PM for FREE New Orleans style Po Boy Sandwiches. This year we will celebrate the New Orleans Saints once in a million chance of winning the game with some down home " Can I borrow a Dollar" 'Frenchy Fry Po Boy Sandwiches filled with pulled pork butt and Fresh made fries.Don't miss it.

Big Daddys Crazy Pilsner is selling well as well for a big pilsner lager. I will definately do this again soon!!
